I made my first Brazilian dish tonight from the cookbook -- and I took photographs. So I have some things to send to you. You will be amused, I think, to see your
nation's food on plates with winter scenes on them. . . I also photographed most of the ingredients, because I thought that perhaps there are some differences between the Brazilian and US vegetables
with the same name -- and that might change the proportions of the dish. But it was very, very delicious.
